報名方法

1. 網上報名、信用卡付款
2. 現金存款： 請把報名費存入以下渣打銀行戶口： 戶口名稱：再生慈善基金有限公司 戶口號碼：368-0-085307-1 必須把銀行現金存款收據正本(於背面寫上參賽者之姓名及身份證號碼)連同填妥之報名表一併寄回本會 。請保留入數紙之影印本以便日後跟進或查詢。
3. 支票付款：支票祈付 [再生慈善基金有限公司]，(於背面寫上參賽者之姓名及身份證號碼) 連同填妥之報名表一併寄回本會。付款以最後收妥為準。

2. Please deposit the entry fee to the following Standard Chartered Bank account: A/C Name: Regeneration Charity Fund Limited A/C No.: 368-0-085307-1 ORIGINAL cash deposit slip should be submitted with completed entry form (participant's name and HKID No. should be written on the back of the deposit slip). Please keep a copy of the payment slip for future reference
3. A crossed cheque made payable to “Regeneration Charity Fund Limited” should be submitted with completed entry form (Participant s name and HKID No. should be written at the back of the cheque), cheque payment received is subject to successful transaction.
