報名方法

• 網上報名:請登入www.mizuno.sportsoho.com填寫參賽者資料
• 郵寄:填妥報名表格,連同劃線支票,抬頭人請寫「運動版圖有限公司」或「Sportsoho Media Ltd」，寄回香港九龍鑽石山彩虹道202-204號華懋工業大廈1樓B室收，信封面請註名「第四屆美津濃城門河10公里賽」。
• 請傳真或電郵報名表格及銀行入數紙(永隆銀行帳號:604-001-1758-4)到2117 0023 或 [email protected]

注意事項

• 參加者會在報名後7個工作天內收到大會電郵確認其報名，如未有收到通知，可發電郵至 [email protected]或致電2117 1650聯絡韋小姐查詢。
• 號碼布、計時晶片及紀念品將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取，參加者攜同電郵列印本領取。
• 不接受現場及逾期報名。
• 若比賽當天懸掛八號或以上颱風、黑色暴雨訊號或非人力可控制之情況影響，比賽將會取消。
• 資料不全者，恕不接受報名。報名一經接納報名費恕不發還。
• 已寄出的報名或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名安排及取消服務。
• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
• 大會設有行李寄存及水站。
• 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨昤改動或取消，將以大會網站公怖為準

Entry Procedures

• Fill and submit the online enrollment form at www.mizuno.sportsoho.com
• Mail your completed, signed and dated enrollment form with a local crossed cheque made payable to Sportsoho Media Ltd’ to FlatB, 1/F, Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon’ and specify ‘4th Mizuno Shing Mun River 10km’ on the envelop;
• Fax/email(scan copy) the transaction record (Sportsoho Media Ltd.’s Wing Lung Bank Account 604-001-1758-4) with completed, signed and dated enrollment form to 2117 0023 or [email protected] (ATM transfer or internal transfer is preferable)

Important Notes

• Confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail within 7 working days after an application is received. If you do not receive the confirmation, please send your enquiry to [email protected] or contact Ms. Anne Wai at 2117 1650.
• Race Pack Pick-up Notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day, participants should bring the email print it out to pick up the race pack with bib number, time chip and souvenir.
• Later or on site enrollment will not be accepted.
• If the typhoon signal No.8 or above, black rainstorm warning is hosted or the race was affected by weather or natural reason, the event will be cancelled.
• Incomplete enrollment will not be accepted. Entry fee will not be refunded once the enrollment is confirmed.
• No return, cancellation or refund or transfer for all enrollments received, including late and duplicate enrollment.
• Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• Baggage storage service and water stations will be provided.
• The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.
