注意事項

1. 如需發出成績證書，請附上$35支票(可連同報名費一同寄出), 而證書會於賽後三星期發出
2. 確認通知書會在報名一週後經電郵發出，而號碼布及晶片將於賽前一週派發，地點待定，詳情 請留意通知書，各參賽者需攜同確認通知書方可領取號碼布及晶片。如未能自行領取可填寫代領授 權書經受委託人代為領取。比賽當日將不會派發
3. 惡劣天氣安排
   - 如於比賽前一天下午三時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消
   - 如於比賽當日早上五時或之後懸掛黑/ 紅色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消
   - 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。取消了的賽事不設補賽；
   - 如賽事因申請賽道問題而未能舉行，將會退回報名費及證書費。

香港愛滋病基金會
Aids Free Charity Trail Run
日期: 2018年1月13日
目的: 為受愛滋病影響人士籌款以及宣揚關懷和支持感染/病患者的訊息，建構共融無歧視的社會環境。
比賽分為10公里計時速度賽(男、女子組)及5公里的滿FUN賽(個人或團體)。賽事會圍繞梅窩自然郊野及特色村莊進行，10公里計時速度賽為專業越野跑手而設，滿足参加者的挑戰慾！滿FUN賽將難度降低，參賽者更可以與家人或愛犬一起参加！活動適合熱愛運動又想挑戰自我的跑手參加，同時亦可以深入探討梅窩文化，觀賞梅窩的自然風貌和鄉郊文化的寧靜，絕對不容錯過。此外，活動亦歡迎公眾人士以捐款方式支持。

• 童跑個人組第一名勝出者可獲頒獎盃乙個。 The 1st place of “Kids Individual” will receive a trophy.
• 童跑個人組第二及第三名勝出者可獲獎牌乙個。 The 2nd and 3rd place of “Kids Individual” will receive a medal.
• 童跑繽紛組第一名勝出者可獲頒獎盃乙個。 The 1st place of “Kids Fun Run” will receive a trophy.
• 童跑繽紛組第二及第三名勝出者可獲獎牌乙個。 The 2nd and 3rd place of “Kids Fun Run” will receive a medal.
• 同樂接力組及親子同樂組第一名勝出者可獲頒獎盃乙個及隊際獎牌。The 1st place of “Kids Relay” and “Family Run” will receive a trophy and team medals.

注意事項 Important Notes

報名事宜

• 報名一經接納，報名費恕不退還。已寄出的報名或重覆報名，均不設退款、退件、轉名安排及取消服務。被取消資格人士的報名費及其他費用，將不獲退還。
  Once the application is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances
• 完整報名以完成付款為準。
  A completed enrollment is counted by payment successful.
• 號碼布、計時晶片將會在比賽前兩星期通知參加者領取，參加者需攜同電郵列印本領取。
  Race Pack Pick-up Notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day, participants should bring the email print it out to pick up the race pack with bib number and time chip.
• 不接受現場及逾期報名。
  Later or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
• 參加者只可以報名屬於自己的年齡組別。(年齡是以出生年份計算。如於2010年10月出生，年齡為8歲，所屬組別為8歲)
  Participants should register according to their respective age group. (Age is counted based on the year of birth. Example, born in Oct 2010, your age is 8. Your group category should be 8 year-old.)
• 主辦單位在得悉或懷疑情況下，保留、限制拒絕接受報名或取消任何不適宜參加本活動的參賽權利。(如申請者提供錯誤資料,不能繳交報名表及費用,不依從正確報名程序報名,或患慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓人士)。
  The Organizer reserves the right to reject any application which is not eligible for entering the event. (e.g. Participants who are physically not eligible for the event. People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart attack and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event.)

惡劣天氣 Severe Weather

• 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，賽事將會取消，大會將另作補賽。報名費將不獲退還。
  If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00 noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled and rescheduled by official. Entry fee will not be refunded.
• 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，賽事將會取消，大會將另作補賽。 報名費將不獲退還。
  If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 12:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled and rescheduled by official. Entry fee will not be refunded.
• 如天文台於比賽當日早上六時或之後懸掛紅色暴雨，雷暴或三號颱風警告，將如期進行。
  Should the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 are issued at any time from 6:00 am on the race day, races will be continued.
• 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中的比賽。報名費將不獲退還。
  Should the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be raised after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refunded.
• 如是次比賽因天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告而取消，補賽日期將另行通知。
  Rescheduled race due to inclement weather or other reasons will be announced in due course, if applicable.
• 請在比賽早上致電香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。(電話: 1878200)
  Please check the race day weather from the Hong Kong Observatory. (Tel: 1878200)

其他事宜

• 參加者的個人物件可存放於大會提供之行李寄存區。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
  Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
• 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
  Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
• 不同組別所涉及之賽事圈數有別，所有工作人員不會指示運動員的比賽圈數。而運動員有責任按正確賽道進行比賽。所有比賽資料及地圖將刊登在網頁。
  Participants should familiar with and follow their race routes that will be announced in the event’s website. There will be multiple wave courses; officials will not count the number of laps for participants.
• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
  All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• 大會保留以是次活動照片作日後推廣用途之權利。
  The Organizer reserves the right of all photos for future uses and references.
• 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
  Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
• 本賽事委員會擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消,將以大會網站公佈為準。
  The Organizer reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the organizer and posted on the Organizer’s web page shall prevail.
